AUGUST 2025 update

We are currently taking 2-3 weekly to dispatch orders. I know that seems crazy but pottery is a slow business! We are also growing very fast and doing our best to meet your needs as fast as we can, you know the saying you can have quality, value for money or speed, but you can't have all three! We do hope to be in our own business premises in the next six months to make things a bit more organised but til then it's the lounge, shed and spare bedroom!

August 25

My mum is now out of hospital, but still needing a lot of support at home, so I’m commuting back and forth ‘til carers can be set up. I now have my son Louis helping with the admin and we are restructuring things to make it easier for him to keep in touch. Its been a huge challenge to get products made, first with the kiln electrical fire and then with my Mum getting ill, and we are limiting the amount of things we sell for a while to get used to producing things in higher number, selling 100 mushrooms might have been a bit ambitious!

POSTAGE UPDATE-we have noticed an increasing trend of people overseas using local pick up to get there order through checkout, only for us to find we cannot fulfill the order when we go to post it, this is a financial strain on the business and a waste of our time, we have chosen to only post to England, Scotland & Wales as we are a tiny business and struggle to meet our current demand, posting overseas is expensive and runs a high risk of breakages. Let me state this clearly, you will NOT receive a full refund if I have made your order up for you, if I notice customers attempting this I will cancel the sale, but if I spend time making the product your refunded amount will be at my discretion. Allowing customers to collect from my home is a service I would hate to have to remove due to disrespectful behaviour.
