My items are mostly made to order which can vary between 1 week to 4 weeks! in general about 2 is the norm, but the mug of the month for example can sell out in just a few days and then I have a larger back log. I’m trying to move more to ready made items as I’m a tiny business and when something goes wrong (like my bloody kiln) I’m pretty buggered. So items in my special offers section here will state whether they are preorder or ready to send. Please do contact me if you have an urgent deadline, or if you want a special request.

I don’t use any plastics in my packaging, and don’t believe in sticking my branding on everything as its just a waste, I generally send things wrapped nice enough to gift as they are, including a poetry postcard and a gift tag, but this does change seasonally, as I really enjoy making it nice for you to open your packages, please re-use or compost as much as you can x

Items are sent out by royal mail, you will receive a dispatch email from me and then an email with tracking from royal mail.

If you want international postage you will need to use my etsy shop where I post to USA, Canada and Australia. Posting to the EU & Northern Ireland isnt possible due to new regulations,
