Refunds? I’m literally a little lady in a shed, I want you to be happy with your items, but I’m not a miracle worker. Communication is the key to getting things right so if you have a special request or a deadline please let me know, Ill try to put lots of details about sizes, lead times and contact you if there is a hiccup. Hopefully we will both be happy with the situation. I do occasional offer refunds but since its a loss of my time and money, it would be daft to do it willy nilly.

Breakages and faults, Sadly I’m going to have to insist on the return of broken/faulty items. Nowadays its far too easy to produce a fake video or photos of an item smashed to pieces. Royal mail will collect from outside your house and its easy to book online. I think you will find more people insist on this in the future. Once the item is returned and I can verify the fault I will replace it asap. Please check your item on the days it arrives and contact me immediately if there is a problem, as you can imagine there is no way for me to tell the difference between a mug smashed in the post or smashed by an enthusiastic waggy tail, so I need to be able to reasonably expected delivery problems to be reported immediately.
