This xl mug has a printed linocut of a vintage microphone paired with the song lyrics of your choice, the glaze is a soft yellow (green coming shortly) with clear glaze over the design etc
Capacity is about 450 ml, other sizes available soon
Makes a great gift for that guy that collects vinyl x
Please note at the tipsy moth pottery we embrace life's imperfections, so design may include lumps, bumps and wibbly bits. I do however make sure all mugs are watertight and food safe. And,of course, gorgeous. style is rustic and weathered
Made from stoneware clay to be lighter and stronger. Instead of being wrapped around a mould and trimmed, handformed pottery has raw edged and curved into shape to make a gentler circle thats different every time, making them more tactile allowing for more movement in the glaze. I decorate my pottery with hand carved linocuts or hand stamped text, then highlight these with black underglaze then apply glazes to make them waterproof dishwasher proof and even suitable for the microwave.
Cheers, Pip x
